Overview Modrekk gives each tenant isolated workspaces for digital experience monitoring and incident response. Uptime checks run from distributed Go bots; synthetic journeys use Playwright step scripts. When alert rules breach, incidents open with dedupe keys, severity, timeline events, and routing to on-call or escalation policies. Realtime Incident lifecycle Tenants acknowledge, investigate, and resolve incidents from the dashboard or API; status transitions are enforced by a pure state machine. Alerts from uptime or synthetic monitors auto-create and auto-resolve incidents. On-call & escalation Rotation schedules (daily/weekly/custom) with overrides and handover jobs; escalation policies chain steps with email and push channels via BullMQ-delayed jobs. Status pages Public slug pages aggregate component operational status from linked monitors and incidents; bilingual API errors and email templates (EN/AR). Platform Multi-tenant PostgreSQL with row-level security, centralized IAM permission evaluator, audit logs for sensitive resources, BFF session refresh on Next.js, metrics for incident and escalation counters.
