Overview GSE+ unifies ground support equipment (GSE) operations: belt loaders, pushback tractors, GPUs, baggage tugs, de-icers, and more. Teams register tenants, onboard units with categories and manuals, and run day-to-day maintenance from one timeline. QR field access Scan a unit label to open the live asset profile in the web dashboard; ramp techs complete work without hunting spreadsheets. Fleet dashboard Unit status, overdue inspections, and open work orders by site; example flows include WO-2847 hydraulic checks and PM due by meter hours. PM schedules Daily, weekly, monthly, or custom cron service reminders per unit; calendar view for upcoming work. Inspections & checklists Unit checks with configurable outcomes (10+), pass/fail, technician assignment, work-hour tracking, notes, and photos attached to records. Parts inventory Company- and unit-scoped stock; quantities deduct when parts are used on jobs. Notifications In-app, email, and SMS alerts by role when work is due or assigned.
